L2S2 is experienced at turning around development projects that are failing. We have developed a methodology that enables us to quickly assess the situation. We then rapidly produce a new plan that addresses all the project requirements including timescales and budgets and that recognises the needs of all stakeholders,particularly the final customer. We obtain stakeholder agreement and through rigorous management fulfil the plan to time and budget.

Infrastructure

Several years ago, we scrutinised our overheads and totally reorganised our business. We set up a highly specified dedicated secure data centre, invested heavily in work flow management tools and set up teleconferencing and VoIP facilities. We continue this investment, and of course use the latest software development tools to provide a secure rapid application development environment.
