Example 1
A small company that needed a web based product to analyse the data generated by its call centre and report to its customers. They had contracted a small development company who was letting them down and so they were breaking promises they had made to their customers. We quickly analysed the existing code and transferred it to a rapid development platform. We threw resource at the project to ensure that they met the short term delivery commitments and then helped them restructure the relationship with the contractor to give them a way to move forward into the future.

Example 2
An International company that was falling seriously behind with a multimillion dollar product development. Their prime subcontractors were failing to deliver on a key aspect of the specification, causing delay to the whole project. We were contracted to take over the stalled part of the project. To meet the difficult specifications and to claw back lost time we had to adopt an unconventional and innovative approach, which generated important intellectual property for the customer in the process. We subsequently took over more and more of the project, in particular we took responsibility for most project management and reporting tasks so that our customer could show their customer that they were following a realistic plan to completion and delivery.

Example 3 - Cambridge Display Technology Ltd
We were asked by Cambridge Display Technology Ltd to develop a demonstrator that allowed them to demonstrate their new display screens playing video in telephones. We turned the project around in two weeks, and the devices were immediately used as proof of technology that helped them raise £70,000,000.

Example 4 - Foldermail Ltd
We were asked by Foldermail Ltd to develop an Outlook COM interface for its large attachment email product. There were major problems because there is very little detailed documentation about Outlook, and in fact on many expert sites it was stated that what we had to do was impossible. We investigated the problem and gained a deep understanding of Outlook that gave us solutions to many of the problems and at the same time worked with Foldermail to help them change their design so that the end product would not be at risk of failing when Microsoft introduces future upgrades and patches for Outlook. We also put in place fault diagnostic systems that would enable us to resolve potential issues from the large number of Outlook versions and operating systems.
